Webhook to Twitter API to Allow Follow

We are using a webhook when someone subscribes to our service. We collect the clients Twitter ID.

On signing up we want our Private Only Account to allow that twitter user to follow us and see our private feed. Is that possible with the API?

No, there’s no way to confirm follow requests to protected accounts via the API - that has to be done via the Twitter website or app.
