Webhook stopped being called

I have a webhook subscribed in the Account Activity API.
Suddenly we stopped receiving the direct messages.
The webhook status is valid. (already tried remove and add again, successfully)
The account subscription is valid. (already tried remove and add again, successfully)

What else should I do?

What is the app ID associated with your subscription?

The OwnerID is 4053372797
The URL where I manage the app is "https://apps.twitter.com/app/13111623"
Not sure which one is the App ID.

Hi Leo,

I spoke with my engineering team and they informed met that we are getting an “Internal Server Error” when trying to post to your webhook. Based on these findings, it seems the issue is on your end. Can you please take a look at your logs and let me know if you have any further questions.
