Webhook not working. Not receiving any events

Hi guys !

I’m having some problems with my clients on our production app.
They telling me that they didn’t receive any message, and it’s true !
After some test on my side, we didn’t even receive a post request since 21:45:35 UTC time, but we did receive some CRC (every 30mins)

After using the Account Activity API, the webhook is ok and valid, the subscriptions too.

Here my webhook

Of course I’m using the new Api.

Some news ! We still don’t receive any events and still receive only the CRC request.
From an api call on this : https://api.twitter.com/1.1/account_activity/all/production/webhooks.json (where “production” is my environment name), the webhook is still valid.

I’m the only to have this problem ?

Did you have any news for me @TwitterDev ?? My clients are not really happy with this !

We have the exact same problem. The webhook is valid but since Aug 16, 23:45 CEST our webhook is not called anymore. When querying the active subscriptions it still shows all Twitter accounts are connected.

When we reconnect a Twitter account it works again; the webhook is called again for this account. So it seems at Aug 16 they disabled our subscribed webhooks!

Twitter can you please help us with this urgent issue?

Hey folks,

Which product are you using? If you were using the standard beta Account Activity API DM only product, it was retired on August 16th.

We made several announcements about this change via a handful of different mediums. Here are some of them:

If you are using the premium or enterprise version of the Account Activity API and are still having issues, please let me know the app ID that you have associated with the product.
