Webhook Delete: Internal Error

I’m following tutorials on https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/accounts-and-users/subscribe-account-activity/api-reference/delete-webhook-config to delete a weebhook.
The API was working till last week, but now it’s returning “Internal server error”.

I guess you are not alone.
I have reported this issue almost 2 weeks back and the issue still persists.

Internal Error Code : 131 - WebHook -RestAPI

Im stuck with this issue since more than a week and i cant make any progress

This is a very old thread. Can you please be more specific about which endpoint you’re calling, how you’re invoking it, and when this error occurs.

Yes Even when I used the same code and it is showing the internal error maybe the error because of the some issue is on the server

From what i can conclude, it looks an on going issue with server…
Hope any of the twitter team looks into this

Has there been any update on this? Its been almost 2 weeks since this issue surfaced. Has it been acknowledged by some staff? Any ETA on the fix?

Try this

Try removing all of the subscriptions from the webhook config using DELETE account_activity/webhooks/:webhook_id/subscriptions before deleting the webhook config. You can get a list of all subscriptions with GET /account_activity/webhooks/:webhook_id/subscriptions/list.

This will help you moving.
