First, sorry for my bad english !
So, i’m in charge of Twitter ads with a conversion objective for a client. Pixels are working on his site, i checked with Chrome Extension “Twitter Pixel Helper” and the dev confirmed it to me.
The pixel checks pageview, add to cart and products buyed (with quantity and amount).
When i go on Twitter ads administration, it confirms this. All pixels are green, so they receive infos.
The critical pixel is “Confirmation paiement”, which means when a client buys a product.
This pixel is related to info “Achat” in the admin :
We always get between 5 and 25 products buyed each week 2 years ago. But since February, we have no transaction, which it’s impossible ^^
I tryed to contact the support, but they answered they can’t help me…
If anyone has a clue : D

Which metrics are you looking at (like when you say “no transaction”)?
There are some recently expired campaigns that have “Purchases” number.
e.g, campaign ID: c09m2, run period: Jan 19, 2019 ~ Feb 1, 2019
Yes, but since this campaign, at the beginning of february (6 weeks with ads), we don’t have any purchase whereas we always get at least 5 purchases per week 2 years ago. And that’s the point i don’t understand.
The setup didn’t change and seems good according to me, i don’t find where it comes from.
Moreover, we never get the amount of purchases whereas pixel checked it : (

We have a lead in this problem. But to use it, we need an information.
Is it possible to get purchases information in Twitter administrator statistics even we don’t get the amont of thoses purchases ?
