We are a company belonging to the Sony Pictures Entertainment Group, and we operate a broadcasting station called “Animax” in Japan. @Animax_Japan is the official account of the station.
On the website of our VOD service, we provide a feature that allows viewers to tweet while watching a live streaming. On this website, viewers can use the Twitter posting function on the site to interactively communicate with the performers by asking questions or posting their thoughts on the program without interrupting the viewing. However, during the live streaming in January and February, the 300 POST limit was reached and viewers were not able to tweet.
We tried to apply for elevated POST limits from the platform form, but unfortunately the option “I would like to apply for elevated POST limits” was not there.
Since we are planning to live stream again this month, and will continue to do so in the future, we would like to apply for lifting the API POST limit.

Thank you very much for your response, I was able to apply successfully through the application form. 
However, on March 12, I submitted an application with Case# 0197939250, but I did not receive a reply after one week.
I have just submitted my application again with Case# 0199302299, and would appreciate your confirmation.
