Hi, we are experiencing this issue on all of our accounts for the last few hours.
For example:
Ad account: 18ce54sx3fk
line item id: g9xgi
When we requested details on time: 2019-12-04 08:10:28.814860 (timezone UTC) -
We got status paused and bid 0.160, which no one changed to.
After that, another request on 2019-12-04 09:10:30.654036 (timezone UTC):
We got status active and bid 0.1 - The real data.
Another example:
Ad account: 18ce54sx3fk
line item id: gbfo6
Request on 2019-12-04 10:10:31.515892 (timezone UTC):
We are not able to recognize platform and country code.
After that, another request on 2019-12-04 11:10:28.844222 (timezone UTC):
We are getting platform mobile and country USA - The real data.
Is there a know issue in ads API for such inconsistent data?
I noticed also in the UI that from time to time the status of the ad group (line item) is changing to paused and active, again with no one changing it…

Yesterday we resolved an issue where some API responses included incorrect data. I believe the problem with the bid changing should now be resolved.
I have not been able to reproduce this and am unsure how Platform or Country Code are reflected on a line item. I did notice this line item was set for a WEBSITE_CLICKS objective. Could you provide the API requests that demonstrate the correct and incorrect responses?

Seems like it does not happen now for most of the campaigns, but we encountered again with the issue of the status changed to paused and bid with incorrect data, for example:
Ad account: 18ce54sszbg
Line item id: ge4o6
We had two requests for changing daily budget:
2019-12-08 18:27:48.596207 (UTC), 2019-12-08 18:28:05.924883 (UTC)
In both of them the status was changed to pause and bid to 0.2.
After that another request:
2019-12-08 19:10:29.541551 (UTC)
status active and bid is 0.1 - real data.
Bear in mind that the bid was changed without the user touching it, we also checked history.
Unfortunately, this is hard for us to provide the response since it does not happen constantly.

Thanks for the additional information. I will look into the logs to investigate but need help clarifying what behavior is unexpected from the following timeline.
It appears that this was originally created via API Dec 2 with bid set to $0.20.
- I see a request Dec 5 12:15 AM to set the status to active.
- The account owner paused the campaign at Dec 2 12:39 AM via the Twitter Ads Manager
- The account owner resumed the campaign at Dec 5 12:15 AM via the Twitter Ads Manager
- I see a request Dec 5 7:07 AM to lower budget to $0.01.
- I see a request Dec 5 9:48 PM to pause the line item
- I see a request Dec 6 9:11 PM to set the status to active
I don’t see any activity with this line item on Dec 8th.

Hi @eladzaa. Unfortunately, it isn’t clear with the screenshot what changes you want us to investigate. The image shows Campaign-level changes while the line item mentioned above doesn’t have any activity after Dec 6th. Additionally, the Paused/Active status and bid for the line item seems to be set from your application.
Agreed. The Campaign’s daily budget is being set via the API a few times each day.
Could you highlight what is changing? Ideally this would capture the API request setting a value and an API request determining this has changed (with transaction ID).
