Hello. I am posting this on behalf of my colleague.
My colleague attempted to sign up an account on this forum. However, she didn’t realize that the activation email happened to be in her spam folder, and by the time she clicked on the link in the email, it had expired.

She wants to sign up again on the forum and send an activation email, but it says “use the forgot password link to issue another activation email”, but she can’t find where the “forgot password link” is.

@hamada what’s the @ user name of this person on this forum (not their twitter account, their forum account like https://twittercommunity.com/u/hamada)? I’ve mod access here so i can force the account to activate and the email should go through again.

For the record: this has to do with the Twitter forums here only, not twitter.com or your developer account.

@hloss1001 you are already posting here on the forum, which means your account is active. Again: the forum account and your twitter account, and your developer account which is tied to your twitter account, are different accounts, and i can only help with the Forum account.

No, I’m not twitter - all i can do is enable a forum account because i’ve moderator access here.

If you have the person’s forum user name, post it here and i can make sure their forum account works, for anything else - help.twitter.com is a better place to go!
