Waiting for approval

Applied a few weeks ago for a summary card and got no confirmation email, or anything to indicate whether or not my request went through.
Reapplied just a few minutes ago and still have no idea if the request even went through. How can I tell if my request is even being looked at?

What is the domain?

The domain is www.zaptones.com. When I enter the URL from our website to validate, all of the standard tags turn green. Therefore, I am not sure why the domain is not being approved.
