Can someone please help me with a problem that is driving me crazy. I have been searching for a solution nonstop for 2 days. I need the code for the tweet button with a vertical counter. The problem is I need it to pass w3c validation. My doctype is 4.01 transitional. If I use the code from twitter.com, it will fail validation.

I want the tweet button next to the logo and in-between the google +1 and facebook like buttons.

There’s one warning, but related to UTF-8 rather than markup.
