Video upload through Java - twitter4j

Hi,
I have been trying to use the twitter4j java api to upload a video (generated on the fly) , but have been getting error 503 with code 130 ( 503:The Twitter servers are up, but overloaded with requests. Try again later) continuously. I understand that uploading video via REST is a recent feature and was wondering if anyone else encountered this issue?

Hi,
Have you please find a solution to this issue? I want to upload a video using twitter4j like I have done with image, but I’m getting the same problem.
