Video Upload Example in Java

Maybe this isn’t Advertiser API specific, but I am writing Unit tests, and wrote a
quick example in Java, if your into that sorta thing
It’s a 3 part process that ultimately produces the media_id needed for Video and VideConversation, most of you know all this, still helpful for the noobie, to have a working example.
