Video Thumbnail image not showing on Player Card

When I a tweet an URL with the metatags to work with a Player Card, The video doesn’t show the thumbnail image before you click the “Play” button.

The thumbnail image only appears to me When I see my tweets from my account, but other users can’t see it.
