Video size and Format and Upload

Hi all i am trying to upload a Video using the API and i can receiving an error
media type unrecognized
I have encode the video with H264 mp4 and it under 5meg (Adobe After effects)

I can upload the same video using my twitter profile which works ok
can anybody share some light on how i should encode the the video

i can upload images ok
and using the Twitter Exchange API

Are you able to provide a link to the source video file so that someone can reproduce this error?

Could it be because am not using the chunk method?
