Video/Player Cards opening in Browser on Mobile

Desktop iframed videos play properly, but does not play inline on Android (haven’t tried iOS yet)
Content type is set to video/mp4, stream is directly to the video.
Followed the video specs and dimensions laid out.
No HTTPS issues.

What else could I be missing?
