Video Player Card Not Whitelisted and no option Re-Submit

I applied for a player card at http://www.borntotri.co.uk/reviews/dhb-t1-0-triathlon-cycling-shoe-review/ which was rejected.

I have Corrected the Issue and its now correct but there is no option to re-apply?

Thanks for the feedback.

You should indeed have a way to submit your domain for approval again since your Player Cards tags now look good. We will investigate.
