Seeing a weird issue with Twitter app for Android.

If a link is shared from inside of our mobile app, it appeared and played inline.
If a link is pasted into a tweet, it usually didn’t play inline but required opening in new window.
Exception was if I refreshed my feed / search, the tweet would change from opening in a new window to inline format.
Desired behavior is that cards should always play inline. One thing I’ve thought about trying is adding updating my twitter:player:stream:content_type tag to read: content="video/mp4; codecs=“avc1.42E01E, mp4a.40.2"” --> this would match what twimg and vine have.
But, I have no submit button to resubmit!!!
