Video Card: Validator "Unable to render Card preview"

So I am just trying to test video cards using the validator and I always get “Unable to render Card preview” while other card types work ?

I am not sure if I need to be white-listed before even trying the validator ?

I requested to get the website white-listed and it seems to have solved the issue. Thanks
