Is there a parameter we can set to get Videos uploaded through API autoplayed ? I currently do not see any such options in: https://dev.twitter.com/rest/media/uploading-media#chunkedupload https://dev.twitter.com/rest/reference/post/media/upload-init
No, there is no option for videos to autoplay via the media upload API or in video player cards. If you see videos that autoplay then they are likely to be one of the promoted video products or via our Amplify partner program.
