Verification code - Incorrect code. Please try again or request a new one

I tried going to https://mobile.twitter.com/settings and added my phone number there and I clicked more than once to send verification code and I got 2 codes. Now both of the codes I received is not working to verify the code and now If I click on “Resend Confirmation” on this page https://mobile.twitter.com/settings/pin_verify I land on https://mobile.twitter.com/
Because of this I’m not able to create a new application in https://apps.twitter.com/app/new Can someone help me verify the phone number and create a new application please.

Even if your phone could be verified, the system to create new APPS ain’t working. So no one can register any new APPS until Twitter decides to fix their management panels. And they don’t respond here either, just saying … we are aware …

We are aware too, but the code is theirs to fix. Maybe counting money from ads rather than think of development
