Validity Of Access Token

I want to know the validity of the Access Token and also what is the duration of time to that Token will expire. Because in my case, initially i get the oauth_token and oauth_verifier and also i am getting the Access Token , but while posting the tweet, its not posting. Its showing Bad Request Error and sometimes its showing Unauthorized Error. In this case i am saving the Consumer key, Secret Key and also the Access token in the system and using when
ever i want.

Access tokens are generally valid until they’re explicitly invalidated. Right after creation, there can be some time where the existence of the access token hasn’t reached all of our servers. If you’re getting errors while posting, it might be for completely different reasons than the access token’s validity. Check character encoding, HTTP & OAuth strictness and such. Examine the error you’re getting back closely for hints.
