Validator error: Failed to fetch the page

Our summary cards were working earlier and now when testing with the validator tool (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator) it returns the error:
Caught Exception in App Proxy Service for Method:preview_media_info, com.twitter.app_proxy.FetchRequestException: Request to fetcher failed for app store page: https://itunes.apple.com/lookup?id=416357699&country=us

Any idea why? The AppStore url is obviously valid.

Are you still experiencing this issue today? We had some issues yesterday that may caused a temporary error like this.

well yes, for this url now http://www.today.com/app (since all our summaries were getting borked)

Hi @bradoyler,

For your markup, please try removing the “id” prefix for any twitter:app:id.* tag.
