Validator doesn works (server error all the time)

My url is: http://inscricaofe2014.sebraego.com.br:8080/login

i managed to validate the same meta tags at our staging environment (http://ci.integrativa.com.br/ieventos-loja-go2014/login)

Does it have something to do with our production environment running on 8080 ? The only other diference i saw was that one has Keep-Alive in reponse header (the working one), while the other doesn’t
