Validation tool error

#1

Do you know if there’s any problem with 000webhost? When I try to validate my card an error message appears saying: exceeded 15.seconds to pink-floyd while waiting for a response for the request, including retries (if applicable)

I tried adding a robots.txt allowing twitter bots with no results

Hi everyone,

Know this has been outstanding. If you can provide an example URL, I can try to dig deeper.

Also, we’ve updated this post for things to try:

https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/troubleshooting#When_I_validate_I_get_the_message_exceeded_15.seconds_to_pink-floyd_while_waiting_for_a_response_for_the_request_including_retries_if_applicable

Specifically, we’ve had instances of web hosts blocking Twitter IPs. I would ask your web host if this is the case.

Please let us know back if this is the issue, so others can try the same.
