Validating TW cards

We are having problems getting whitelisted our twitter cards.
When using the card validator, we get this:

WARN: Not whitelisted

Then when I try getting white listed, I get an this error message:

*.pei.exchange whitelist request for failed
ERROR: Card validation failed

Any idea of what is wrong with our meta content format?

You do not need to apply to be whitelisted.

Per the troubleshooting post, this is not a valid Twitter card type. It should be summary, summary_large_image, app, or player.
