Utm links error in card validation

I have a extrage problem.
this link it´s correct for card validator, all ok.

but this link

doesn´t work, card validator says:
ERROR: Fetching the page failed because it’s denied by robots.txt.
I have twitterbot allow: * in robots txt.
It´s the same url, with traking utm it´s error without them are ok
¿anyone can explain how to resolve this issue?
