Hi, I am working on a freelance project that requires using the academic research API endpoint, my question is can we access the engagement api endpoint to get the tweet impressions/engagements metrics?

Any help on this topic would be really appreciated :slight_smile:

Academic Access is limited to providing you with additional query / filter operators and endpoints for search, and there’s no access to anything else special.

Public metrics are always available: Metrics | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform but private metrics like impressions etc, are not - you need to use the Tweet author’s access token to access these.
