Using 2-3 apps from the same computer

Hi

I am a beginner programmer starting to discover my twitter word

I am doing some work for 2 different apps that need 2 different things but I am doing this from my computer

Now, the fact I am using the same computer for 2 different apps is ok?

I don’t want to reach the rate limit, does it sum up for both apps? If so what is the solution?

If they are all different apps doing different things, with separate API keys, the rate limit will apply separately to each of your two API keys.
