I have a quick question about the Streaming API.
If a user is following 5,000 people, would the contents of their UserStream (with=followings) be equivalent to following those same 5,000 people with the Public API?
IE, are these equivalent? https://userstream.twitter.com/1.1/user.json?with=followings and https://stream.twitter.com/1.1/statuses/filter.jso?follow={{5,000 userids}}
