User_timeline tweet count

I’m using the GET statuses/user_timeline API, however i’m currently only getting a response of around 100-150 tweets back, In the API it says “This method can only return up to 3,200 of a user’s most recent Tweets”.

How do i go about it returning all 3200 tweets?

Can you please provide an example of the query you are making?

Possible reason could be the count parameter:

Specifies the number of Tweets to try and retrieve, up to a maximum of 200 per distinct request. The value of count is best thought of as a limit to the number of Tweets to return because suspended or deleted content is removed after the count has been applied.

If you want to get all 3,200 of the user’s most recent tweets (assuming there is such), you’ll have to do it several calls.

You can get a maximum of 200 tweets in a single request. To get more tweets than that you will have to traverse the timeline with pagination. You can read about how to use max_id on working with timelines.
