User stream loose tweets from specific account

I have setup User Streams for the account @TheAliceWake and now I’m testing it
All works fine, BUT when I send a tweet from @WingManSF - it is not incoming through the stream (for example https://twitter.com/WingManSF/status/378894327167975424)
I have tested with the several other accounts - all works fine.
But why tweets from @WingManSF are not incoming.

Hm, it looks very strange - just setup User Streams for the account @storytellerc6 and just send tweet from @WingManSF https://twitter.com/WingManSF/status/378899524774662144 and it is incoming to @storytellerc6 stream but it is not incoming to the @TheAliceWake stream

Why is this happening?
