User search missing expected results

Hi,

I am using https://api.twitter.com/1.1/users/search.json?q=aol to search for “Aol” and I expect to get @aol as the top hit in the result set. I don’t. I get lots of Aol subsidiary accounts, but the top hit is “Sri Sri Ravi Shankar”, bizarrely enough.

I see Users search doesn’t show up some verified account being tracked internally as PREL-11824 but it wasn’t clear to me if this was the same problem so I’m reporting this separately.

Looks like the same as this issue.
