"User not found" error; "User has been suspended"

It seems that there is a promotable user in the twitter ads account that is suspended and this is preventing our app from accessing any data for that account.
We tried looking up on Twitter who the user id belongs to and we get the response: ‘User has been suspended’
Account id: 8l5bn
User id is: 145353566
Following is the error when we try to access some data for that user:

Hi, @TaliDolev. Data for suspended accounts is not accessible.

Have you checked whether 145353566 is still a promotable user for 8l5bn?

$ twurl -H ads-api.twitter.com "/1/accounts/8l5bn/promotable_users?with_deleted=true" | jq .

Do you get "deleted": true for that user ID?

@juanshishido Our customer reached out to Twitter already, and has the user deleted. From our perspective, this issue is resolved. Thanks
