User mentions rate limits

Hi Twitter Dev Team,

Firstly, I hope you’re all well. I have a few questions

1. The endpoint for mentions (statuses/mentions_timeline) allows 200 mentions to be downloaded in one call. I can see from the documents there isn’t any pagination available. Does the premium API allow me to download more than this amount?

2. I noticed what might be a bug with the twitter js widget reported by one of my users this week when testing features.

The actual tweet reply was just a couple of emojis but the widget doesn’t seem to render it properly. I spent a few hours playing around with it but couldn’t seem to fix it. I tested thousands of tweets and all rendered fine. It just was this one so you might want to pass this on to your engineers in case it’s a more widescale problem.

3. Lastly, I applied to move an application key between accounts (API Key Transfer 96294813) this week any idea approximately how long this process usually takes, please?

Thanks, hope you are also doing well.

1 - The Premium Search APIs allow you to get back up to 500 tweets (or 100 if you’re using the sandbox version). It allows for pagination.
2 - Thank you for sharing that vital information. I’ll make sure to pass this information along to the appropriate teams.
3 - Generally, they get responded to pretty quickly. I can’t give you an exact time frame, but I do see that it’s listed as a high priority.
