Use uploaded media (video) on a new tweet (twitter button)

Hi,
I Need some help
Anyone has an idea if/how can I associate the uploaded media to a Tweet from a “Tweet Button” or in Card?
The https://dev.twitter.com/rest/reference/post/media/upload specifically mentions the Card as one of the options to associate

There’s no way to use the web intent Tweet Button and dialog to upload and associate media at this time.

To clarify the documentation you refer to, it talks about using the media upload API for adding images to Tweets (programmatically) or to Twitter-hosted Cards, which are part of our Ads platform. It unfortunately does not help with the Tweet Button.
