Url breaks on posting a tweet via POST statuses/update API and obtain error as {"errors":[{"code":186,"message":"Tweet needs to be a bit shorter."}]}. Need clarification

On trying to post the following content via [POST statuses/update] API,

obtained the error response as {“errors”:[{“code”:186,“message”:“Tweet needs to be a bit shorter.”}]}

Here , the actual link is “https://creativetalentclub.zohorecruit.eu/jobs/Careers/46789000000383919/Registered-General-Nurses---RGN\u2019s?source=Twitter” but the url considered by twitter is broken and considered only as
"Creative Talent Club " and the following characters are ignored “\u2019s?source=Twitter” as attached in the screenshot.Due to this url breakage the character length exceeds 280 characters. Please help us to resolve the same.
