[URGENT] DM Chatbot not showing up in developer console

Was told my Twitter customer support to post here about a Direct Messaging chatbot that is not working/ not showing up in apps console. I don’t want to put the clients name here, but please reach out for more info, thanks!

Please let me know if I’m understanding you properly.

Are you not able to see one of your apps within the apps dashboard in the developer portal?
If possible, can you please provide your app ID or some other piece of information that would help us identify what app you are talking about?

Or are you expecting to see a direct message product within the developer portal?

Are you able to provide the app ID or (just) the consumer key here for us to investigate?
