Upgrade To Standard Error



Continuing the discussion from Cannot Authenticate More Users Error:

@JBabichJapan Thanks for the response, however we can’t seem to go through the upgrade process on the standard application form. When I input our ApplicationID and Email it says the combination is not recognized. Can you please assist with that?


Also, can you give us an idea of what is involved in applying for standard, or once we get past that error, will it let us know how to apply and with what details?
