Update the new Application Icon but it doesn't reflect immediately

Last time we tried to change the new Application icon, but it seems unable to reflect user authorization page immediately. Some user claim that they still see the old Application icon when they try the authorization process.
Actually, we have the plan to update our Application icon again on 2018/07/02 and our business owner is focusing on that everyone can see the new Application icon immediately or not.
We are wondering if there any mechanism which we can remove the cache for Application icon and every user will be able to see the new Application icon immediately.

Have you applied for a Developer Account through developer.twitter.com? There is a new portal living within these accounts that will allow you to make adjustments to your existing apps. I recommend for you to check out this option.
