Unknown REST API error

Hi,
I’m using twitter4j 4.0.2 and I got the following error. Has anyone already have this error? Do you think this error should be added to https://dev.twitter.com/overview/api/response-codes. As you can see, there is no code error.

It looks to me like this is a problem connecting to the API, not an error from the API itself. Have you verified you can connect OK? I recommend trying with twurl to confirm you can connect: https://github.com/twitter/twurl
