I was not able to find this Rate in the following references.
To what endpoint group and to what extent does this Rate impose a restriction?

Thanks for reaching out! The rate limit values outlined in the links you’ve mentioned are accurate. We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our rate limit headers not being set correctly, and are actively looking into a root cause.
