Unicode fonts not display correctly

I’m updating my twitter account with Unicode (Sinhala). I have enabled Fast Follow to receive Tweets on my phone. But Unicode letters are not shown correctly on my phone. Question marks (???) shown instead of Unicode letters. I have tested with several phones. But result was same. Issue is not with phones.

Is there any solution for this ?
