Hello Developer-Accounts,

I don’t understand why you didn’t accept it. Nevertheless, I briefly introduce myself and give you the details of their purposes.

I am Mustafa Şimşek, I live in Diyarbakir, Turkey. I am a Computer Engineering graduate student at Harran University. I’m studying for my master’s degree at Bandirma Seventeen September University. For my thesis on python tweepy myself, I find the comments of covid people and research how these people survived this disease. I will do a study to share the results of this thesis with Twitter and provide useful information to people. So, I want to improve myself on chat bot. In short, I want to have an api to improve myself without ever having a commercial venture.

Techniques I will use

  • Python chatbot
  • Python crawly
  • NLP
  • Machine Learning
  • Statistics

I need you for this work. Could you please be sensitive about this? I can do anything for you to approve.

Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Mustafa Simsek

Additional information on restricted uses of Twitter APIs is available here.

There currently isn’t a way to edit a rejected application, or to re-apply, however stay informed for product updates/changes.

There are several existing topics on the matter. I’m going to close this one as it is a duplicate.
