Unauthorized access APIs : Do not have access to Twitter Ads API

I’ve looked at most of the topics addressing the issue but haven’t been able to rectify my issue.
The error that I’m getting is:
{‘errors’: [{‘code’: ‘UNAUTHORIZED_CLIENT_APPLICATION’, ‘message’: ‘The client application making this request does not have access to Twitter Ads API’}], ‘request’: {‘params’: {}}}
My AppId is: 15885394
Can you please tell me what may be going wrong?

Your application was declined since the application wasn’t filled out correctly. The app was never whitelisted.

Please apply again and fill out the questions properly.
