I have several standalone apps that I can see listed in the developer portal. However, I’m not able to actually click on them in order to view and edit their settings.

In my browser console, when I click on any of my apps, it throws the following error: “Failed to fetch user details for en: Missing auth headers”

Thanks, @lopp. I’ll chat with the team about this and let you know when I hear further.

I just wanted to give you an update and let your know our team is still looking into this and I’ll reach back when I have more to share here.

Alright, let me know if there’s any other info I can provide to facilitate debugging. This issue persists in every browser I’ve tried, though I’ve only tried on Linux systems.

I just chatted with the team. Our theory as to what happened is that think you started the essential application, logged in as one Twitter user, then logged out and switched to another user and switched to, submitted the petition, and was approved. Let me know if this is possible.

In terms of how how to resolve this, your best bet is to apply for elevated access, and our team can move the standalone app if needed.

Let me know if you have any questions here.

I don’t recall switching Twitter users; I spend 99.9% of my time logged into this account.

However, I do believe I may have switched machines. I may have started the application on my work laptop, abandoned it, and then restarted and completed the application on my personal laptop.

To be clear, I have 3 standalone apps with my @lopp handle. I created my first Twitter app (Tweetnest) back in 2010. Your docs say “If you were approved for a developer account before November 15th, 2021, you were automatically converted to Elevated access.” But the portal shows me as Essential level…

I’m logging into the revamped developers platform with my @lopp handle. I used to be able to see and edit these apps in the old portal, but as soon as I tried to do it with the current portal I get this weird blocking error.

I’ll give the elevated access application a shot.

I’ll share that further context with the team. Let me know once you get elevated access, and we’ll move the standalone apps over after.

Following up: after being approved for Elevated Access, the issue is now resolved.
