Unable to update the number of tweets pulled in dashboard

I have pulled tweets using my credentials for a specific account but it’s not updated in dashboard. My dashboard shows “0” Tweets pulled of “10,000,000”

Is there any limit in pulling the new timeline tweets for a specific account?
I’m getting only maximum of 198 tweets.

For an academic account can I get past years data?
If yes, is there any limit?

Can anyone help me?

It is my Opinion which i am Sharing. Open the Twitter & Clear the Cache Then Refresh the Dashboard it works. This Technique Help me to solve many Problems.

I have a feeling you may be calling the Premium fullarchive API intead of the v2 Academic Access API:

The confusing thing is that these are 2 different APIs: The first screenshot is for the v1.1 Premium fullarchive Search API Premium search APIs | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform The usage dashboard for Premium is https://developer.twitter.com/en/account/subscriptions So to use the Premium fullarchive search API you would pay for a number of requests, otherwise wait for the sandbox limit to reset next month.
