In case anyone is unable to submit the application, check the browser used to apply. I had already tried disabling uBlock Origin (worth a shot) and opening a private tab to submit, but neither worked on Edge. After submitting on Chrome, it worked straight away.

Hmmm I’m having this issue with applications but I’m using Chrome. Any other tips you can share that worked?

I’m not sure, sorry. I’m assuming that you already made sure that your use case response was long enough to fit the requirements. Idk if it would help, but I could try submitting it for you on my pc.

It was that! The form makes no mention of a character count but, similar to the ‘Request for Elevated Permissions’ form, it does not submit with less than 200 characters. However, the ‘Request for Elevated Permissions’ form at least tells you whether you have enough characters or not.
