Unable to render card preview

I’m trying to validate my website with the Twitter cards validator but I always get this message “Unable to render card preview”. No matter what I do, it always shows that message. I’ve read a lot of topics in this forum and other websites but I can’t find a solution. The log throws this:

INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 15 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = player tag found
WARN: Not whitelisted

But then it doesn’t show the preview. The website I’m trying to validate is https://twitaudio.com/ndG1TD

You have to request approval just below where you put the link on the Card Validator page: https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator

Is it needed to be whitlisted to preview my cards?

As annoying as that sounds yes I think it does.
