Unable to render card preview - audio player card

Hey
I’m trying to make an audio player card and I keep getting the “Unable to render card preview”.
I went to Not Whitelisted, unable to render, or no image: READ THIS FIRST and I believe everything is right.

Is the “not whitelisted” the issue? I thought the validator was here to preview cards before the whitelisting request.
If not what am I doing wrong? Sorry I’m still learning.

If you have a player card, then yes, you need to apply for whitelisting.

If you are attempting to whitelist an audio player - we do not officially support audio players (the player card is for video streams) so the validator cannot preview anything. Go ahead and apply to have your card whitelisted and if it works properly per our troubleshooting and cards approval guides, you might be ok.
