Unable to register webhook

Thank you for approving my developer account.

I think I am missing the access to register a webhook URL. The main objective of my project is to redirect all the direct messages to my webhook and respond to users’ query from the webhook. The registration of webhook is giving me an error message. To register the webhookThe API keys are working for other basic examples. I have attached the screenshots of the error messages with the API key secret and without the API key secret.

Please allow me access to register a webhook URL and continue with my project.

Have you configured an Account Activity API environment with the right app on https://developer.twitter.com/en/account/environments ?

If so, does a working implementation like GitHub - twitterdev/account-activity-dashboard: Sample web app and helper scripts to get started with the premium Account Activity API work?

Yes, I have configured an account api environment with the correct app.

I tried the git implementation, but getting this error.
